Przestronność apartamentu, umożliwiająca nieskrępowany pobyt kilku osób, jego położenie (dla lubiących spacery jak ja), wyposażenie, w tym w środki czystości, ręczniki papierowe, możliwość zrobienia dobrej kawy (przyswoiłam obsługę ekspresu kolbowego), widok na rzekę (choć obecnie trwa remont wyjścia z portu i budowa po jej drugiej stronie, generując hałas). Wygodne łóżka, dużo miejsca do przechowywania.
Apartament wymaga dopieszczenia, zwłaszcza jeżeli chodzi o meble balkonowe, krzesła w salonie, armaturę w łazience(ruchoma deska sedesowa, niedomykająca się kabina prysznica, brzydkie fugi przy kabinie, odkręcony uchwyt szafki) ale z drugiej strony dużo miejsca na blacie na kosmetyki. W kuchni brak sitka w zlewie i wylewki przy kranie, choć zmywarka na wyposażeniu zmniejszyła ilość mytych ręcznie rzeczy. Mimo tych drobiazgów, pozostałe wyposażenie na plus.
