Stay here. It’s the best place in town!

Before I talk about the property itself, I must acknowledge the exceptional host that Tomek and his family are. I came to Ustka from Denver and on top of several travel delays, my baggage got stuck in New York. I was really tired and frustrated, and so Tom and his wife stocked my refrigerator with fresh groceries, beer, and coffee for me to at least have something nice to eat. I can’t express how much I appreciated that small act of thoughtfulness. As far as the place itself, it is quiet, clean, has all of the essential necessities to make the trip pleasant like a soft bed, great shower with amazing water pressure and fast responding heat, a TV with Netflix, stove/refrigerator, washer with drying rack, nice and cool temperature with the ability to heat, and nice private parking behind the building. It really felt as though I owned the place for the two weeks I stayed. It’s also conveniently located in the heart of Ustka and within easy walking distance both to the beach and to the town center. Tons of great restaurants and convenience stores within walking distance made all my needs easily met. Tom was very responsive to my text messages and that also made questions very easy. Thank you again! I hope I can stay again one day. Easily one of the best places I’ve ever stayed!

Great location and stylish villa

Location, close to the beach, promenade, port and town center, the size and layout of the apartment, has a floor heating, very big and stylish windows and entrance, high ceilings, newly renovated interior, private parking. In September it was a very quiet area.

The apartment seems to be a bit acoustics, however, we heard a baby and conversations only during the day, no disturbance of sleeping.

Great location, very close to the beach as well as to the city center. Very nice appartment with a confortable layout. It is in old vila that is not completely renovated, but the appartment itself is completaly new. We would appraciate just some dish towels and cleaning stuff in case of longer stay.

The apartment is located in the city center; 5 min walk to the beach and the port. At first site, the building looks quite oldish but the apartment inside in the good condition, clean and equipped with all needed things. The warm host offered a quick check-in and a really convenient check-out.

Super lokalizacja do plaży 5 minut . Do pociągu 15 mint jak ktoś wybiera się komunikacją. Dużo atrakcji w około Luna park , park linowy, dużo ścieżek rowerowych , place zabaw, leśnych ścieżek do spacerowania i wiele innych rzeczy których można robić rodzinnie i nie tylko. W okoła duzo miejsc do zjedzenia czegos dobrego .W środku apartament w pełni odnowiony więc nic nam nie brakowało . Właścicielka bardzo pomocna od samego początku . Jeszcze raz bardzo dziękuję za pomoc w szczególności ostatniego dnia . Polecam miejsce serdecznie

gebouw was aan buitenzijde niet afgebouwd . parkeerterrein klein en ondergrond drassig . meldingslamp ging 15 seconden aan ,hierna was alles donker , Geen verlichting buitendeur . Geen plek om natte jassen op te hangen . Geen plek om natte schoenen neer te zetten . Binnenzijde appartement was op details na redelijk .

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja - blisko do plaży, restauracji i atrakcji. Apartament bardzo przestronny. Ładnie urządzona łazienka. Miły personel.

PLUSY: Super położenie - blisko plaży. Kontakt z osobą przekazującą klucze. Duża fajnie wyposażona łazienka. Parking.

MINUSY: Uwaga dotyczy pokoju na parterze - pierwszy po prawej. Nie wiem jak jest w innych. Świadomie szukaliśmy pokoju z aneksem kuchennym aby móc przygotować śniadanie, ewentualnie coś przekąsić wieczorem. Aneks był w miarę wyposażony ale co z tego jak nie było stołu ani krzeseł. Ten na balkoniku stoliczek na pewno się nie nadawał do konsumpcji. Biurko z jednym krzesłem dla dwóch osób ??? Jedzenie na łóżku, picie gorącej kawy siedząc na łóżku itp ... to naprawdę nie spotykane w dzisiejszych czasach. Telewizor - fajnie ... był z Netflixem ale bez programów telewizyjnych. Wieczorem obejrzenie meczu, jakiś wiadomości itp ... niemożliwe. I taka drobna uwaga. Pół rolki papieru na 2 osoby od piątku do niedzieli to trochę słabo. I nie chodzi tu o cenę tego papieru który trzeba było kupić bo to żaden majątek. Ale o sam fakt.
