    Normally don’t agree with reviews when people have not experienced the venue, but these guys were so unhelpful we feel we dodged a bullet. I made a reservation with the wrong dates and literally 8 minutes later realised my mistake. I messaged them through the platform and they refused to cancel the reservation and insisted on enforcing the non-refundable element and so we were charged the full amount. 8 minutes. For a mistake. They were in no way prevented from letting the room in that time. When we rejigged our plans and sorted our dates we chose to stay elsewhere and I’m writing this review from the amazing El Remanso lodge!!
