Studio Terrasse

A beautiful studio with garden. A short roughly 10 minute walk to all the sights .& adjacent to the train station to visit Antibes Grasse Nice if want to. The studio is well equipped . Francois & Phillipe take great care of the studio and it is well presented.

Véritable coup de coeur pour ce studio ! Proche de la ville et de tout commerces, studio calme et permet de facilement s’échapper de l’effervescence de la ville grace à son jardin. Il est très bien équipé et l’espace formidablement bien optimisé. Philippe et Françoise sont de merveilleux hôtes, très gentils, disponibles et serviables. Je songe déjà à réserver pour l’année prochaine :) Merci pour tout !

Good location, and close to shops and a short walk to the centre and port. Terrace is nice, very little sun and lots of mosquitos breading in the pots and damp mouldy plastic grass. Good shower.

There is NO parking, they say there is, there is NOT! You have to give them €300 cash in arrival to be let in, plus extra cash to be met, all rather odd. The bathroom is very tight, I'm 5'8" and I could not sit in the toilet, there is not enough room and you need to take or buy your own loo roll, they only supply 1 roll. The studio is very small and at night there is nowhere to sit and relax, terrace is possible if you like mosquito bits. We also had to make up the top bedding ourselves on arrival and then strip the bed when we left and they charged a €67 cleaning fee! Also they state free toiletries, these you have to buy yourself and then claim them back from the agent as they keep saying they are not a hotel. Best not advertise stuff if it's not supplied. They are also slow to respond, a couple of days was the average. There is more annoying stuff, but it's annoyed me, I wouldn't go back 100%. Worst host I have had in over 20 stays on booking and Airbnb, all rather backwards, would not recommend.
