Location, views, facilities, secure parking.
Key entry quite difficult.
Not enough glasses in the kitchen.
No coffee machine!
Main bed linen was overdone and slipped on mattress. Pillows were all flat and some lacked protectors.

The location was great, easy walk to shops and restaurants. The views were amazing. The heated pool and spa on the river wonderful. Unit facilities were good, had everything we needed in good condition.
Finding random stains on pillows, sheets, lounges. Need a real deep clean or replacing.

The location was ideal for us. We didn't cook but were happy with all the appliances and utensils in the room. We would recommend this accommodation to friends and family
We have no complaints. We would happily stay there again. Staff were very friendly.

The welcome package, full well appointed kitchen, the view over the river and the privacy
The stairs down to the reception from the carpark, a ramp would have been much better. Also the outside carpark had some kind of coating/painted surface, that made it quite slippery when raining
