Spacious, comfortable and clean appartement with a very nice view and good internet connection.

We were a little worried after reading several reviews, but everything went well. We were lucky enough to meet the local staff to hand over the keys and show us our appartement. The appartement was very spacious, modern, with everything we needed. In the morning, there is a very nice view into the garden with horses. We stayed only one night, but the appartement is suitable for a longer stay, as it has everything and is spacious enough for 4 people.

The extra charge for bed linen is something this property does not deserve, as it really downgrades otherwise very good accommodation. The communication online could be a bit faster. But all in all we had not negative experience whatsoever.

Disappointing

There was no bed linen on arrival despite having requested it in advnace. We could not contact the owner and met her for the first time when we were leaving the property. We spent two nights there with no bed linen. I would have been particularly concerned if something unexpected happened e.g. losing our keys because there was no one on site and the owner didn't respond to our messages.

super location, great accomodation, clean, modern, comfortable. Beach very close by. Baden wonderful little village. Super Carrefour Market nearby with everything you need. Francoise super host, quick to reply and assist when needed.

They ask you to pay for everything, they want you to pay for sheets, for toiletries, and to clean. It felt like the Ryan air of holiday rentals and really made the experience unenjoyable and like they care much more about money than for you to have a good stay.

Nous n'avions pas fait attention qu'il n'y avait pas de télévision. Nous avons été surpris au départ et finalement nous avons apprécié. Il faudrait peut être le préciser un peut plus !

Un hébergement en pleine nature mais proche village. Les ânes qui viennent dire bonjour ! La douche à économiseur d'eau très agréable. L'esprit éco-responsable. Le calme.

Passer devant les autres hébergements pour arriver au notre (nous avons surpris une demoiselle en petite tenue). Il manque peut-être un peu de vaisselle (ex. : une casserole plus grande). Ce sont juste des pistes d'amélioration mais globalement hébergement très agréable.

Deuxième séjour aux hauts de toulven car le lieux est unique

L emplacement en pleine nature, le calme.l adjointe a la direction est charmante et disponible pour toute question.

Que les petits déjeuners soient servis en une seule fois pour les deux jours. Ils pourraient être améliorés avec des produits frais comme une salade de fruits. Les crêpes ont été appréciées. On aurait apprécié un bon pain frais ou un croissant ou une broche de boulanger Pour le thé on aurait apprécié un Damman ou un brûlerie d alre et pas du Lipton très basique. Le canapé est a changer lorsqu on s assoie on s enfonce littéralement.

j'ai aimé la situation, en pleine nature, et proche du superbe village de Baden; L'hébergement était bien équipé, malgré le bémol ci dessous.

Le linge de lit et les serviettes n'étaient pas d'emblée disponibles. J'ai dû payer une option en les réclamant. Quelques filtres avec la cafetière à disposition auraient été les bienvenus.

Le studio est calme ,confortable avec une vue sur les champs ou passent les ânes, chevaux, lapins et où les oiseaux s'en donnent à coeur joie ! Vraiment très agréable ! Le gîte est bien situé.

En fait la gestion est tout en autonomie: arrivée départ et séjour ! On ne voit aucun personnel, c'est un principe que je ne connaissais pas ! Il faut s'habituer ce que nous avons fait ! Seul point négatif la télé ne fonctionnait pas correctement , accès à seulement 2 chaînes !

Bel emplacement, en pleine nature avec proximité des chevaux et ânes. Bonne literie. Calme. Assez bien équipé.

Pas de signalisation routière du site. Panneau entrée peu visible et caché par végétation. Aucun accueil, code entrée non reçu par mail. Appel téléphonique peu chaleureux pour demande aide.

Lieu très calme et sécurisé en pleine nature en compagnie des ânes. Le gîte est très confortable et spacieux. Chambres avec salles de bain privative. Équipement cuisine complet. Balcon donnant sur la campagne. C'est la 2ème fois que nous venons mais peut-être pas la dernière. Situé à proximité de Baden et de Larmor Baden, du cairn de Gravilis.
