Bad communication and bad treatment

Very impolite staff, felt like paris hospitality. Also they disappear for half a day if you have an issue you are screwed.

Don't have a room at the back of the hotel if you want to sleep well.

The hotel was very clean The beds were comfortable

I asked when booking for a quiet room. We were given Room 131 at the back of the hotel overlooking a busy railway line which was very noisy when the balcony doors were open. Also at 7.00 am the laundry trucked visited and parked just below our window. We were woke up by bashing doors , pushing trolleys and a lot of shouting about.

Great hotel in a quiet location

The room was lovely and when we arrived we could see that the floor had just been washed. The bathroom was immaculate with a great shower. Nice balcony with security gates on the carpark. Great location. We would recommend this hotel and will most likely go back again.

Maybe a little welcome pack of tea and coffee as we had to go and buy some, but not the end of the world.

Very good choice

It was easy to negotiate our non-usual time of arriving. Bed was very comfy, and it was super warm inside. Also it has a nice yard around

Good

The hotel looks nice and stylish but you can tell that renovation is not happening often - some of the furniture looks a bit used and out of date. Overall the room is pretty clean. The kitchen is pretty cool for those who use it. The staff is very pleasant and speaks English well (which does not always happen in France). Wi-Fi worked well.

The mattresses are too soft (or maybe just old) - of course, it is a matter of choice, but after the second night, the lower back feels really bad. You literally just fall into the mattresses. Another thing - when I asked for an iron, the staff pleasantly gave it to me along with the board, BUT. The iron was leaking water (so I had to pour it out completely) and the steel on it had a burnt mark. The cover of the board was burnt in two places, with holes :( it is just a shame to offer such things to your guests, imho.

Enjoyable stay in convenient, secure, comfortable apartment

Good size room, very clean, good location. Short walk to beach, market, all shops. Quiet despite facing train line. Pool small but adequate and convenient. Comfortable bed, lovely bed linen, pillows. Helpful cleaning staff.

Breakfast very basic, we only had it once. For the price we paid, the basic dish wash cleaning kit and a hair dryer definitely ought to have been included. there’s always a welcome sea breeze so the lack of air conditioning isn’t too big an issue, but it would improve the customer comfort.

There is a lot of parking space and not a busy location - however they charge for parking 6€ / night and you have to decide at check in if you park there for the entire stay or not , you don't have the option to park there only for the first night

Very pleasant soujourn.

The location was great and only a short walk to the beach area. The parking was secure. The facilities in the room were good. The staff were cordial and helpful. Breakfast was a buffet.

The room was a little small for any longer length of stay. An iron and ironing board would have been useful.

Good location

This place is not worth the price. The most terrible bed and pillow I've ever slept on. Under the bed were mattress pieces, hair, earring, but the cleaning lady said it is normal + terrible smell in the bathroom, especially in the morning.
