Very cute, nice location.
I understand construction has to happen, but I was given a room upstairs - There was a worker outside my room and the wall of my bathroom (which isn’t a closed wall), and I felt like I couldn’t go to the bathroom for the first 2 hours I was there. If he turned around he would’ve both seen and heard me going to toilet. I wish that was taken into consideration. A girl just shut the curtains when showing me my room

This place is worth staying at!
Every worker is nice and friendly, every food is yummy, a beautiful and even hypnotizing sunset view from their riverside restaurant and the room is comfy and gorgeous with nice carpet and a cushion.
I will definitely come back here one day.

I loved how traditional Mut Mee Gardens was. The staff are exceptional in customer service. The location of the guesthouse was 2nd to none. It was right in the heart of Nong Khai City. The owners Julian and his wife took time out of their busy schedule to ensure guests were satisfied. This really stood out to me. Julian would salute me and I would salute him. And when we spoke it was engaging conversation. The food at this guesthouse is absolutely delicious. I had Thai green curry with rice. I highly recommend. 😊
My only criticism. Is that I stayed in room number 29. The stair case going up to that room is a little steep and has no hand rail. I don’t know if it’s deliberate or aesthetic or if that staircase is original to that house. But this a very very minor point ! Overall I thought room 29 and Mut Mee Gardens were everything I had expected. In fact, this place is better to see in person. 😉

Good space outside and really nice location in front of the Mekong
It's the first time that we had to pay for drinking water in Thailand. You have to pay for Coffee and hot water and to rent the bikes which is a lot with what we already pay for the room. Bathroom full of mosquito because the water stays in a big pot for days
