Before we reserved this hotel, we asked the accommodation about the price of the wellness area, because it was a point of view for us before picking up something. They wrote that it's 9 euros/person for 90 minutes. When we got there we surprisedly saw that it's 13.50 euros. They told us it's changed 5 days before our arrival, and can't do anything with it (showing up their hands like this 🤷‍♀️).Not to mention that they hardly spoke English. They didn't mention it in the messages, on their website or on Booking.com. After all these things we became curious and asked what we get for this price. We couldn't believe our ears when we heard the answer. They told us that" currently the jacuzzi (in what we were mainly interested in) is out of order, and only the sauna is available (for this price 😄 ridiculous). Still can't stop laughing when we think about it. To be honest... We really liked the mountains there, so it's for sure we are going back there again soon, but after all these things, and "helpful approach" no way we will reserve a room here again and we won't advise it to others.
