Heel fijn ontvangst en zeer vriendelijke eigenaar. Bus stopt voor de deur. 2 slaapkamers met een eigen douche.

Very friendly host, very warm room, well-equipped kitchen (including things like paper towels, salt&pepper and even oil!), nice view from the balcony, fresh bread can be delivered daily, ski boot dryer in the ski room was always warm, convenient location for skiing both in Kappl and Ischgl.
Nothing to complain about, everything was very good.

Markus was super friendly and supportive. He provided useful local information. At the same time, our apartment offered a feeling of absolute privacy. The kitchen was very nice, enough space. We were with two adults and a baby and had plenty of room.
The showers were ok, nothing special, but clean.
Bedrooms were luxurious, with nice decorations and large tv screens. Wifi worked very well enough, and was almost always fast enough for e.g. Netflix.
Plenty of parking space. Good price-quality balance. Kappl is a beautiful place to stay, summer and winter. The summer card (complimentary or paid for the full experience) offers access to cable cars in various towns in the valley. Plenty to explore. Nice view from the balcony.

I like the staff. The privacy. The home feeling and the space of the flat.
Also two showers in the flat.
Water works perfectly. Cleanliness is flawless and drainage works properly.
Kitchen well equipped.
Going uphill when snowing is tricky and potentially dangerous. Perhaps more advice on this upfront.
