A wonderful stay with exceptional staff and a great location near the beach with lovely views.

We really enjoyed our stay at Naxos Island Hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful — they truly went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The hotel is in a great location, very close to the beach, with a nice view from the room and an amazing view from the rooftop terrace. The rooms were comfortable and clean.

The only small downside was the bathroom products — the small bottles were a bit fiddly and not very convenient. Still, we'd happily recommend it and would stay again!

The hotel was ok. I expected a 5 star. Maybe my fault. I expected it to be right off the beach. The staff was amazing and the food was good. The room was ok.

Gorgeous Hotel with amazing staff!

The staff were so over the top! They were wonderful. They went above and beyond! The hotel was beautiful! The rooms were huge and gorgeous. The beach was so amazing! It was so close to the hotel. The few blocks around the hotel offered several restuarants and shops. Everything was walkable. The view from our room was of the beach and we had a nice little deck with a place to hang our swimsuits. We used the laundry service and it was quick and cheap.

I didn't like the bed. It was very uncomfortable. I did see two cockroaches when I was there. One was down by the cars (a big one). The other was in our room. It was as we were leaving. It was crawling across the floor. I kind of freaked out. I washed all my clothes out of the suitcase with hot water as to not bring them in my home. That was a disappointment because they were all clean. We paid for laundry service.

Friendly staff, great location and amazing views

From the very beginning we were greeted by extremely friendly staff, and this continued throughout our 7 night stay. Great location and the rooftop pool, bar and restaurant had great food and amazing views. The room had views of the ocean and were clean and tidy. I would throughly recommend this place.

Naxos is wonderful but the hotel was hugely disappointing for the price

The hotel staff are friendly and helpful The rooms are fine for a 3 star b&b Some useful touches such as quick laundry service and organisation of car hire Excellent bakery next door and restaurant over the road

This isn’t a five star hotel under any stretch of the imagination and should not be sold as such - it is therefore vastly overpriced. The gym is obsolete , malfunctioning and in an awful room. Neither is it a ‘beach hotel’ - the beach is close but you have to take your chances with 1000 others on a hugely cramped sea of expensive sunbeds - the other end of the beach where there are no cafes is lovely.

The perfect place to get a real Greek vacation feel! A stunning hotel. The manager and staff were so accommodating and friendly. The rooftop bar is gorgeous! You can’t go wrong staying here. It’s a very short walk to the beach where inviting umbrellas and loungers await. There is a row of eateries with bars and a staff to come to you for your leisure. These are not related to the hotel but services are great and so are the prices.

tv in room not working no kettle in room not a 4 star hotel not enough towels or shampoos in room toilets downstairs in spa area not clean no light had to pay return fare for transfer from airport to hotel of 60 euros this should have been included I had to let the hairdresser know that one treatment was free.. She said she didn’t know although this was included in my package no souvenirs given on departure!!

Generally disappointed based on price, advertised photos and 5 star rating. Great location.

The view from the terrace is great and gives a nice setting to watch the sunset. The hotel is NOT on the beach like some of the photos make it seem but the beach is within a few minutes’ walk and it is generally in a great location. The bar staff were very nice and helpful.

The accommodation needs modernising - it looks very dated and brings down the overall experience. Expectations were high based on the booking photos and the 5 star rating but we were quite disappointed upon arrival.

The staff were exceptional. Everyone was kind, friendly and eager to help. The location was good, right in the center of Agios Prokopios with lots of shops and restaurants to walk to. The rooftop was nice with lovely views of the beach

It’s not “beachfront” as we were led to believe and our “ocean view” view room was extremely obstructed, which we weren’t expecting. The pool wasn’t bad, but it’s far nicer in the photos than it is in person. The food and cocktails could have been better. Overall this was much more of a 3, maybe 4 star hotel, definitely not 5 star

Great hotel!

Our stay at the Naxos island hotel was excellent. The staff was very helpful prior to our stay and throughout our visit. Their email responses were quick and they provided many good recommendations. The entire staff from the manager to the bar tenders were wonderful and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. This hotel is small but has a very personal touch. They remember your name and try to make you feel like home. The buffet breakfast was delicious and they will make you food upon request. The restaurant was also very good. Rooms are spacious with a big bathroom and shower. Would come again and recommend to friends!
