The kids loved the pool which is an usual shape/ small but great for kids or adults just cooling down beside the cafe where I could watch the kids and have a meal or a beer. pool is surrounded by a lovely garden and the cafe has been recently enlarged, I have been coming to this destination for over 15 years as it meets my needs when I am in Davao. A cheap taxi ride away from SM. They also do airport transfers. My longest stay there was two months. Food in the cafe is also good for both westerners and Filipinos. The 2-bedroom units are across the road from the original building, pool , cafe though there is one 2 b/room unit in the original part but be warned the stairs inside is steep. Being across the road you don't get the noise that the pool can attract. As an Aust. I feel safe in this gated community

I like that it’s a modest place for the price , good value overall. The staff are helpful, the Wi-Fi is reliable enough, and the hot shower works well. Rooms are spacious, and parking is highly accessible. While the restaurant is small, it offers enough variety to keep you satisfied for about three days, after which you’ll likely start repeating the menu. Nevertheless, its very close to restaurants and cafes and Malls.

Toiletries don’t include a toothbrush or toothpaste. The air conditioning is set quite low and blows directly onto the bed. Not bad at all but could have been better.

It’s inside a village / gated subdivision. It’s proximity to Seda / Abreeza mall

Beware of the layout here. We were placed in the new property across the street from the main hub. Having to leave the building and cross a road every time we wanted to swim or eat completely ruined the convenience. It honestly felt like we were staying at a neighbor's property and just visiting the main hotel. Even ordering room service felt awkward because the staff had to walk so far from the main kitchen. Not the seamless, relaxing stay we expected.
