Super good location, close to nearby food establishments. Bringing food is allowed which is totally a plus. Breakfast buffet was totally worth it as well.

I stayed over two weeks visiting from the United States. Between the staff, the food and the Services the place is amazing. In addition the most amazing thing are the beautiful grounds that are constantly manicured and maintained.

We stayed for one night, and I must say that the staff were accommodating and courteous. However, we had some concerns regarding our stay. The air conditioning unit in our connecting room was broken, which made the room very hot. Because of this, I was unable to sleep comfortably throughout the night. We also waited for almost one and a half hours for the key to the other connecting room. According to the information desk, the room was not yet ready, so we decided to wait in the first room. However, after more than an hour, the key still had not been delivered, even though the front desk had instructed that it would be brought to us. I suggest improving the room readiness and key-delivery process, especially for customers checking in on time. This would help avoid long waiting times and provide a more comfortable experience for guests. Overall, the staff were accommodating, but the air conditioning issue and delayed key delivery affected our stay.

We had our staycation here, and unfortunately, the experience was quite disappointing, especially considering that the main purpose of our stay was to relax. Check-in was at 3:00 PM, and we arrived around 3:30 PM, but our room was still not ready. We were told that they were still preparing it and that someone would reach out to us once it was available. We decided to have a meal at their restaurant while waiting, which was fine since the food was actually good. However, nobody contacted us, so we eventually had to go back to the reception ourselves to follow up. That was when we were finally given our key and told that we had been upgraded to a Deluxe Room. I appreciated the upgrade, but unfortunately, once we got to the room, I immediately noticed that the air conditioner didn’t seem to be cooling properly. I gave it about an hour, thinking it just needed some time, but the room was still warm. I called reception to report the issue and was told that someone would come to check it. I waited, but nobody came. I had to call and follow up several times. I believe around three times before a technician finally arrived. He checked the air conditioner and told us that he had fixed it and that the room should cool down within 15–20 minutes. Unfortunately, it still didn’t. At that point, I had to call reception again. It was already becoming very frustrating because the whole purpose of booking a staycation was to relax and enjoy the hotel, but instead, I spent a large part of the evening waiting, calling, and following up about the room. I believe it was already around 10:30 PM when we were finally moved to another room. They told me that we would be moved back to the Standard Room that I had originally booked, and honestly, I didn’t mind at all. At that point, I just wanted a comfortable room with a working air conditioner so we could finally relax. I appreciate that they eventually moved us to another room. However, the overall service could definitely be improved, especially when it comes to communication, follow-ups, and responding to room concerns promptly. Guests shouldn’t have to repeatedly call reception just to get assistance, especially for something as basic as a properly working air conditioner. Unfortunately, a big part of our staycation was spent dealing with these issues instead of actually enjoying our stay.
