A fantastic stay. We should have liked more time to stay several nights.

The host was very friendly and welcoming and showed us how the appliances worked and where to find everything. The view from our patio over the gardens is stunning. Nous etions ravis par l'acceuil et le gite/apartement, bien equipe. We would definitely book there again.

A wonderful stay with the gracious host in an absolutely gorgeous setting

Incredibly beautiful setting, in the exquisite countryside. This host has established a gorgeous garden with streams and ponds and incredible variety of plants, trees, and flowers, variable paradise I would love to spend some time here alone. It’s a little bit out of the way, but definitely worth the drive.

The door locks, but not really cause it can easily be pushed open, even when locked. However, in this world setting, I don’t think people need to worry about locking the doors.

Nice cool stone building

Very nice to be in a cool stone building on the hottest day if the year! The ceiling is low in the converted basement but the listing clearly states this sooner didn't mind. My husband is 6 foot 4 and his head was nearly touching the ceiling (maybe 1 cm clearance) So would not recommend for anyone taller than this. However there are no low beams or lower parts of the ceiling to bang heads on, it is a consistent height! Very nice outside patio area. Great value. Friendly host. Food sized for a studio with kitchenette separate from lounge/bedroom.

The unit is in a beautiful area. Very basic and very clean. Large fridge and washing machine. Quiet with parking on the premises. Friendly host.

Kitchen utensils very basic, not quite up to standard. No plugs in the basins in the kitchen. Too far away from normal sites.

the ceiling was too low and small because the big sofa bed block the space, since it rained most of the time and kind of cold that we had to stay a lot of time in the room, but we couldn't even lift up our hands (because of the low ceiling) to do some stretch in the room.

Exceptional room in the middle of nature

Sparkling clean! Located in beautiful nature with a river right under the house. Great facilities and lovely hosts. The place fellas like home and very good for relaxing after a long day of driving. Perfect if you're visiting Mont St. Michel.

The path to the listing is off a small road. It's very steep and a bit scary when it's dark.

Parc sublime (petit Versailles) dans la campagne normande vallonnée - dépaysant. Gentillesse proprio

J'abonde les commentaires donnés sur le site de booking. En 1er : le fabuleux parc ("Versailles m'est conté"), avec les ramifications de la Sée, le Bouddha et les statues, les miroirs d'eau reflétant les beaux arbres en cette période automnale. Bravo pour l'entretien. En 2 : la prévenance et la gentillesse des propriétaires (don de pommes du jardin). En 3 : le calme de la campagne (maison en contre-bas de la route), chant d'oiseaux, bruit de l'eau. En 4 : présence d'un parking pour voitures. En 5 : possibilité de rejoindre à pieds Brouains et le Moulin de la Sée (via la route D911 partiellement déviée). En 6 : le cadre général dans une vallée entre champs cultivés, prairies d'élevages et bois giboyeux.

L'absence de Wifi (ai fonctionné en 4G via le téléphone portable avec quelques coupures). Dixit propriétaires la fibre est en cours de déploiement. L'absence d'un grille- pains. Le nombre de fourchettes proposées (3) Le manque de soleil (orientation principale de la maison quasi au nord et en contre - bas de la colline

Très belle endroit , nous en avons pris plein les yeux avec le jardin qui est très grand et très bien entretenu le gîte était très mignon et placer en hauteur donc nous avions une belle vue. L'accueil impeccable nous avons papoté avec la dame. Je recommande fortement

Tout. C'est à dire, la gentillesse, la simplicité et la serviabilité de la propriétaire. Le grand parc qui est incroyablement bien entretenu, agréable, très fleuri, rempli de statues et tout ça au son de l'eau. Le calme dans tout le domaine et tout ça entre 10 minutes minimum et maxi 50 min de beaux endroits à visiter. Le lit et le clic-clac sont hyper confortables, une terrasse à l'abri avec le soleil au soir. Nous étions dans un logement dans la maison et franchement le tarif est donné.

Merci à nos hôtes pour leur gentillesse et leur prévenance Le gîte est très agréable fontionnel et très propre. Les jardins et le parc sont magnifiques nous sommes admiratifs devant tout ce travail de passionnés. Bravo c'est un endroit vraiment exceptionnel. Bien qu' éloigné pour des marcheurs (à 3 km du GR 22) cette étape de Brouains a été possible car notre hôte a proposé dès la réservation de nous raccompagner sur le chemin Un grand merci à vous Pour les marcheurs ou pèlerins attention pour cette étape à Brouains le seul hébergement qui existait et référencé sur les guides du chemin de Saint Michel à été définitivement fermé cette année.. Alors allez sans hésiter au clos de sée !!!

Un écrin de Nature

Le parc est exceptionnel, calme, le chant des oiseaux et de la rivière renforce l'impression de sérénité. Le studio est petit mais très propre. Le auvent permet de prendre les repas dehors par beau temps. Le gîte est a 1 petite heure de la mer. Nos compagnons à 4 pattes ont également passé un excellent week-end.

À l'intérieur, la connexion wifi est aléatoire, peut-être en fonction de la météo !
