Nice, clean place, with lovely hosts. The pool was great, very laid back atmosphere, perfect for chilling or playing with kids. Also the kid zone, with a few swings, slides etc. And a trampoline - always a good idea.
We stayed on the 4th floor, with no elevator. We paid less for it, so win some, lose some, but worth mentioning. Distance from the beach is okay - not great, not awful. Probably 5-10 minutes. Not really a problem, it didn't feel that long. The wifi had some problems during our stay on our floor, but it worked in the lobby.
