Thoroughly enjoyed our week at villa cerro room H receptionist absolutely lovely and friendly and helpful speaks fantastic English.. little band of cleaners very thorough and polite to the point you don't even know they are they so quite. It's €4 for uber into marina or square sometimes they arrived before i even had time to put me pants n socks on!!! Super fast and best way to travel.. Your ltterally left to live as if its your own home now here's a little issue i write that we didn't like but it's no reflection on property or staff in anyway.....
You obviously have to use shared kitchen rules are simple and there for EVERYONE.. use whatever utensils you like wash em up put them away keep it clean and tidy simple yeh??? NOPE didn't seem to be for some unfortunately ... yet every day pots pans cups glasses cups all over the sink area n work tops all i can say is while on our stay 2 lovely English girls and me n my partner it wasn't us!!! Once again cleaner come in wiped cleaned put all this stuff away AGAIN only for same people to do it time n time again!!! My 10yr old can even put things away after use... Theres polite notices asking for things to be put away... Rudeness or lazyness or just there culture ive no idea but when you personally are cooking cleaning wiping puting away kinda winds you up!!! As property said they can only ask these rules are followed and absolutely it is.... Soooooo on your stay at this lovely villa "we will definitely return" ... If you get other guests who follow rules who don't block up sink with gord knows what it was.... N try n take over the kitchen n push you out whilst your using it "it can be challenging" 💪 be on guard ☺️... depending on your other villa residents.. Once again no reflection on property we loved it and im sure you will too!!!

nice building, clean. great view to the ocean.
the lady was harsh from the first time I arrived into the building, i came earlier than i should and how did u get in? why the door was open... just ridiculous... in short the energy was not welcoming... it's the least i expected from portugal especially from the south
