Good! Hotel, Rooms, Location 👍

We had a lovely stay at the Ricci Hotel, it is close to the beach, surrounded by beautiful pines and very clean. The Restaurant inside is also worth a visit in evening. There was a small mistake with our passports, that could have been problematic for our flight home… but they put everything possible in motion to help us…and it worked! We are very grateful for the customer service that was provided, thank you again!

Amazing location... and room for improvement.

Location, Locatio, Location... It is just a stone thrown from the beach and all restaurants. Very nice location under the pines, very nice breakfast. Nice to have room with balcony. The beach is amazing! Tidy and with good spaces between each umbrellas. Room very clean. All staff was very polite and friendly (except one lady...)

The shower wall was templemental to say the least and the water temperature kept jumping all over the place. I was expecting more from the restaurant, booth in the hotel and at the beach. One evening I struggled to sleep because of a party of kids in the restaurant. The aircon was very noisy and a bit smelly. The room was big, but a little empty, not enough desk space. One lady of the staff got unpleasantly annoying after one evening, we left the restaurant to look for a pizzeria in the centre after we were told that the pizza was not available (If one evening I want to eat pizza I am free to do it without smurky comments).

nice hotel, good beach for families with small children

the hotel is nice, the room is a bit old fashioned but ok, the garden is very nice and well maintained, the hotel beach is very good, there is a big children play area next to the hotel

there are mostly local tourists and thats why most of the staff did not really speak english or any other language. we had bad luck with the room neighbours but it is not really the hotels fault… (maybe next time party couples and families with small children should be placed on a different area of the hotel if possible)

This is a simple, clean hotel, overpriced and overstared as well as other hotels at the sea, Breakfast is served in a beautiful garden. The advantage is hotel´s beach, so one does not have to pay extra money for the beach beds. Breakfast is OK.

Relaxing and uncomplicated.

Location, gardens, proximity to pine trees, very kind and helpful staff without exception, good breakfast, hotel has own easily accessible beach with restaurant/ bar for lunches, excellent Coronavirus safety measures in place, without being obtrusive. Relaxing atmosphere.

Room decor a bit dated (compared to decor for rest of hotel which is very fresh and modern), but rooms perfectly comfortable and fully functional.

Komme gerne wieder

Von der Lage des Hotels, die Ausstattung, der Balkon, zum Frühstück, alles prima und Klasse. Ich war nur 3 Nächte. Der Service, die Rezeptionsdamen, sehr freundlich. Ich war allerdings in der Nachsaison und neben dem Hotel, hinten, ist ein Minigolfplatz und ein Spielplatz, mag super sein, oder auch nicht. Ich hatte es sehr schön ruhig, das war perfekt für mich.

Leider hat es auch geregnet und neben dem Zimmer ist eine Regenrinne sehr schlecht installiert. Es wundert mich, dass sich hier die Nachbarn nicht beschweren :) es ist Blech und tropft auf das Blechdach, aber ich würde auf jeden Fall wieder buchen und einfach um ein anderes Zimmer bitten.

Hotel molto vicino alla spiaggia (convenzionata), camere ampia e molto pulite. Ristorante con menu sia di mare che di terra. Piscina e ampio parcheggio disponibile per gli ospiti. Consigliato per una vacanza all'insegna del relax

Posizione e struttura ottime!

Sono ottime la posizione centrale nel paese e la vicinanza ai lidi. Il parcheggio interno davanti all’ingresso dell’hotel è molto comodo e sicuro. Le camere sono molto spaziose e pulite. Il personale è disponibile e accogliente. Noi abbiamo aggiunto la mezza pensione e le portate erano molto buone. Ottima la piscina molto pulita.

Trop de choses très sucrées: gâteaux tarte... et pas assez de choix niveau salé, des œufs et saucisses pas du tout appétissant.

La piscine était verte dès notre arrivée et après 2jours complètement inaccessible durant 3 jours, gestion catastrophique de l'entretien. Même après l'avoir signalé il a fallu attendre 3 jours pour qu'un homme vienne s'en occuper. Aucun autre jeux dispo pour les enfants malgré un très grand jardin. Pas d'excuse en fin de séjour ni de geste commercial.

La posizione

La cattiva gestione (in quanto è cambiata di recente),la scarsa qualità e varietà della colazione, la poca organizzazione specialmente in sala (molti tavoli non sparecchiati al mattino e poca pulizia), piatti sporchi. Piscina sporca e non utilizzabile per giorni e mancanza di scuse per il disservizio inoltre non è stato proposto nulla per sopperire a questa mancanza se non un trasferimento (a nostre spese e con nostri mezzi) in altro hotel sconosciuto a Follonica, soluzione decisamente scomoda in quanto viaggiavamo con un bambino di due anni. Frigobar non funzionante e porta scorrevole della doccia rotta. Le precedenti ottime recensioni appartengono alla precedente gestione, per vantare 4 stelle ci vuole altro ora non le merita. Sconsigliato purtroppo!

La posizione invidiabile vicino alla spiaggia. Camere ariose e molto pulite.

Posizione buona pochi minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia , pulizia camere buono letto e cuscino comodi e reception ottima ( tranne una che era un po apatica bionda )

Non è un servizio da 4 stelle Colazione deludente, cibo riciclato del giorno prima e non si può fare , zero frutta. Cena e qui ce da parlare .... il dolce porzione misera a pagamento , frutta a pagamento e solo mele e arance , cioè contadini a km zero e non c'è la frutta di stagione. Servicio inesistente , personale senza esperienza e non coordinati , 1ora e mezza per cenare e si dimenticavano di servirti. Purtroppo è cambiata gestione ed e un disastro Un 4 stelle che non dà il dolce o frutta , porzioni misere e sul menù c'è da parlare anche su quello . Porzioni misere e sempre pane bruschette , primi insomma , il pesce cucinato con la panna non si puo vedere e secondi insipidi . Sicuro che lo chef non era italiano. Ultime sere siamo andati a mangiare fuori. Sconsiglio la mezza pensione.

Lokalita skvělá, tichá, 100m od pláže, krásné moře. Snídaně výborná, na výběr terasa nebo interiér.

Parkoviště má velmi špatný, štěrkovitý povrch, zcela nevhodné pro manipulaci a pojíždění s kufry. Objednání slunečníku a místa na pláži bylo s jistými problémy, proto dávám sníženou známku.

Ottimo albergo nel centro di Marina di Grosseto a 2 passi dalla spiaggia. Noi abbiamo usufruito di quella convenzionata con l'hotel, un servizio in più molto gradito. Le camere sono ampie, come il terrazzo e il bagno. Colazione ricca e completa di tutto, dal dolce al salato, con possibilità di sedersi nel giardino esterno. Abbiamo provato anche il ristorante la sera, ottimi piatti e servizio eccellente. Gli spazi esterni sono molto verdi e ombrosi. Piacevole l'area con lettini vicino alla piscina. Pulizia impeccabile. Personale gentile. Consigliatissimo.
