I really liked the place. It's a cute camping village on a peninsula surrounded by water. There are lots of birds and plants. It's very relaxing. And it's conveniently located near to the city.
I didn't like the bathroom in the house. The shower had a drain in the floor. The water didn't drain well, and there was actually a huge lake on the floor in the toilet. When this lake disappeared, an unpleasant smell appeared. Perhaps it would have been better to rent a cottage without a separate bathroom; it would have been more affordable and would not have detracted from the experience.

Ideal location near Copenhagen and 700m from a nice sandy beach (shower, wc, life guard). Small quiet camping site. Bus to city centre.

Great location; great views, nice camp ground
Was a little basic on cabin equipment, but really it was fine. Sadly had very wet weather here too - not their fault of course!

Location is beautiful with lakes to the front & the rear of our cabin. There's a regular bus to the nearest train station - Ishoj station- every 30 mins till 6pm, then every hour till 11pm. There are regular trains to Copenhagen centre or to pretty Koge in the opposite direction.
There were bikes to hire, though we didn't use them, and a small shop on site, where you can order fresh rolls daily if you wish - very handy for breakfast or a picnic.
The interesting Arken museum of Contemporary Art is really close, & worth a visit - the views from the cafe there are stunning. The nearby wooden troll, 'Oscar under the Bridge' is also worth a visit, & a good bit of fun.
The member of staff (Stina?? ) was really helpful & friendly.
We should have booked a cabin with a private bathroom, but that was our mistake. The bathrooms weren't too far away, but in the middle of the night -well! :-/ However, the bathrooms were fine, & very clean. Luckily, as we weren't staying at the height of the season, we didn't have to wait for a bathroom to be free very often.

We did like the property but the rooms were to small. Me and my sister got the double bed (top and bottom) but there was not enough room for us. One of us should go out to do something, but either way, it was very warm and nice

The people were so helpful and the location was beautiful. We were on a waterway with kayakers passing. Across from us was a bird sanctuary with hundreds of birds. Some of us rented bikes here and rode to Copenhagen...not very far away...but we were in the country within walking distance to a good sand beach park.
We came during an unusually hot spell. The cabin wasn't air-conditioned, but we were ok. Just slept with windows open and no blankets on.

Wonderful location near Copenhagen with a view to the sea. Good to visit the capital by train but also to just enjoy the nature or to meet other people in the camp.. Very friendly and competent staff, very decent camping shop to get breakfast. Playground for children and chess for grown-ups.

Great location, wonderful place and nature, very nice service. The house is cozy, but quite comfortable. Great place to stay to see Copenhagen, especially if you travel by car.
The kitchen could be a bit better equipped, but the necessities are there. Nothing else.

We found second quality camp in scandinavian countries: Fiorst camp in Karlstad, Sweden and Tanglopen cam in Denmark! Super!

The position is amazing. The panorama is simply wonderful.
Cottages are really dirty and uncomfortable. We were aware that we were staying in a camping, but also common areas were really dirty.

Location is nice, the view direct to the lake was great.

Location was very quiet, altough our "hytte 2" was directly at the playground. Firstly, I expected to wake up every morning because of the kids, but this wasn't the case. Also there were no party-people at the camping, so it was also very quiet in the evenings. (But I have to say: We only were there sunday-friday, so perhaps at the weekend it's louder - I don't know).
3 showers and 4 toilets are perhaps a little few, when the camping is full (at our stay, it wasn't, so it was ok). And you have to add, that there were also 2 family-bathrooms (we stayed without kids, so we didn't use them).
What I really didn't like: In the reservation it was sayed, that there was a payment about 0 ,- and that I have to pay at the location. Ok. BUT: There WAS a payment in advance on my creditcard... It's ok, but why this wrong communication???

The cabin was a great getaway from the city for a few friends wanting to hang out. The cabin had all of the facilities that we needed and was in good shape. Our group of 5 was comfortable for a night.
