Alojamiento en entorno rural Los Trobos

La atención de los anfitriones. Hay un ambiente cercano y familiar. La casa es muy bonita, hay mucha tranquilidad, todo cuidado al último detalle.

Si tienes tienes dificultad de movimiento hay que tener en cuenta que las habitaciones son una segunda planta sin ascensor y cuando hace calor son un poco calurosas, aunque disponen de un eficaz ventilador de techo.

Preciosa casa rural, con piscina y jardines muy cuidados. Zona muy tranquila para relajarse y descansar. Trato de sus dueños atentos y cercanos en todo momento.

Estaba super limpio, súper tranquilo y en una ubicación perfecta. Cualquier cosa que necesitarás te lo proporcionan los anfitriones. Ideal para descansar y desconectar.

Harían falta una sartenes nuevas en el apartamento en el que nos alojamos.

We’d booked a room and had hoped to be able to sample the food we’d read about. But we were told we would have a flat instead but had to cater for ourselves. The flat was spacious and super clean. The beds were very comfortable. The views are fabulous.

We’d read about how brilliant the food was and how friendly the place was so we had high expectations of a fantastic welcome and fabulous dinners. The reality was very different. We certainly didn’t feel we had a warm welcome (not even a lukewarm one!). The owners didn’t speak English and we don’t speak Spanish but we’d got by at other places where the owners didn’t speak English, so really shouldn’t have been a problem. But here it definitely was. We’d intended to have a hotel break and rely on the owners to sort breakfast and dinner. So if we’d known that wasn’t happening then we could have made a decision on whether we still wanted to go ahead. Arriving and being told we had to immediately go to a supermarket was a pretty poor start. While the flat was very good in many ways, it lacked some basic items like a regular oven, a plug for the kitchen sink, a bread knife and a frying pan. The remote location meant it wasn’t easy to just nip out for a meal. We did get a warm welcome from the dog - but you kind of get fed up being licked every time you try to sit out on the veranda. So impossible to eat anything outside in the beautiful weather. Probably most concerning was that my payment was processed as if I hadn’t turned up and Booking.com were told I was a no show. I really didn’t expect my card details to be used in that way. I was there so should have been asked to use my PIN on their machine and should have received a receipt.
