Goede douche en goede bedden. Park waarin de bungalows liggen is goed onderhouden.
Somber huisje met veel achterstallig onderhoud, waarschijnlijk de laatste vijf jaar niets meer aan gedaan. Volledig versleten koekenpan. Bestek en servies is niet compleet.
