Amazing location, wonderful staff (I would especially like to commend and appreciate Amila as he made our stay spectacular!), delicious food and excellent price and features. I will be coming back every time I’m being to London.

Air conditioner was slightly noisier that I’m used to, however I’ve been to London during unprecedented heat wave and it was running full capacity 24/7.

The location - lovely and quiet, well connected and easy to walk to places. Good sized room for London. Nice touches - message and wine for our anniversary, complementary wine water and soft drinks in room.

Check in was from 3pm but our room was not ready until 4pm. When you’re only staying one night it makes a difference. Extra charge for hot breakfast, when breakfast is included or paid for, I’d expect it to be included.

Location was great! 24 h reception handy for a late arrival and very early check out. Working aircon ideal in heatwave.

Rooms were a little shabby, cobwebs in corners, windows were bolted shut. Breakfast included in price but was a quite basic continental (pastries and cold meats). Had to request a room clean after leaving the room from 9 am to 5pm and no clean towels and room hadn’t been made up which was disappointing. A few weeks before the stay I had also requested a special token in the room for my partners 40th (i.e a small token like a message on a notepad) but nothing was arranged.
