Awesome place with great amenities. We got room 1 that got it's own private bathroom. Great location. 10 min from main railway station 5 minutes from main Cathedral, 10 min from Ponte Veccio. Great terrace available for all guests! Would come back definitely! :)

The location is great. Short walk from the train station and the main area. A very clean and comfortable room with everything we needed. By staying here, we were not in the busy and noisy area but yet close enough to walk to everything. They provided everything we needed and always willing to help us when needed.
There is nothing that could have been better. It was a perfect place to stay.

The location was excellent. Loved the roof top terrace and the view for the quad room we booked.
The noise from the streets wasn't too bad with ear plugs.
The comforters were stained, on both beds. We made the host aware that we wanted to exchange the sheets but they said we could only do that if the maid entered while we weren't in our room. They wouldn't let us give them the sheets and get news ones.
If you wanted to play a prank on your friend, use the sink while they're in the shower. The water goes from very hot to very cold. The shower is also very strange in that there is just a curtain that covers it in the main room. It's not in a separate room.
