We loved our stay with Yvonne at Madarian. Having walked for a week on the Camino del Norte, this was by far our favourite stay. We were treated like family, without it being intrusive and when we asked about an evening meal, Yvonne helped us order food online from a local restaurant and it was lovely. Breakfast in the morning was fantastic as there was lots of variety and the yoghurt, curd and brioche was all homemade. We sat outside and enjoyed some beer & wine in the evening and it was all just very relaxing.

Beautiful place to stay on the Camino. Absolutely gorgeous views of the land. Our host was incredibly kind and helped us find somewhere for dinner since grocery stores were closed. Clean, comfortable, and lovely. Great breakfast in the morning.
A bit off the trail if you’re doing the Camino, but I would say worth the extra ~600 m.
