Lovely casa rural, sympathetically restored to provide comfortable accommodation. Especially enjoyed the view of the goats from our room. Lots of information about what to see and do locally. We caught the train from Bermeo up the estuary to Gernika, a lovely trip.

A wonderful rural house. The hostess was very friendly and helpful. Thank you! Our rooms were quiet, clean, and very nicely appointed. We had a great time during our short stay. The goat was our daughter's favorite.
Two tips for finding this hosue:
(1) The picture on hotels.com web site is out of date. The house is freshly painted blue.
(2) There is a sign for the hotel on the side of the road. Watch for it.
(3) Do not put the street address into GPS. Instead, put in the NAME of the hotel. (Our GPS put the address in completely the wrong place, but it got the name in the right place.) It is RIGHT OFF of the main road. If your GPS has you traveling down tiny side roads to get there (as ours did), it is wrong. As you are traveling up the main road, be on the lookout for the hotel, and when you see it, be prepared for a sharp turn and steep descent to the car park.
