All staff were very kind, Patient and always available. Food was good and the service was very good. Also the position is great for skiing. We are very happy and would definitely go back.
No gluteen free options for breakfast.

Location is very good for those who want to ski. The personnel of the hotel was client oriented. Rooms were clean. Hot water in the shower was perfect. The heating was centralized but it was very warm.
Food was more or less OK. However, I would rather eat one good meal for the same price instead of meals (2+dessert) that the hotel was serving.
300 (if not more) children came to stay at the hotel. The noise was unbearable.
Walls of the rooms were very thin, but it wouldn't be bother me much if not those 300 kids! :)
