L’hotel si trova in una posizione tra le più centrali di Roccaraso, ideale per muoversi comodamente a piedi.
Mi dispiace dover scrivere questa recensione. Premetto che sono un albergatore e vedere una struttura in queste condizioni mi rattrista.
L’hotel, pur trovandosi in posizione centrale a Roccaraso, appare mal gestito e avrebbe bisogno di una direzione esperta. Al nostro arrivo abbiamo trovato una bottiglia d’acqua già utilizzata, con tracce di rossetto: un episodio grave, indice di scarsa attenzione nei controlli e nella pulizia. Anche il bagno risultava molto rovinato, con evidenti segni di ruggine.
A fronte di prezzi piuttosto elevati, la qualità complessiva non è adeguata. La struttura è datata e necessita di un importante intervento di ristrutturazione, inclusa l’insonorizzazione delle camere, poiché si sente ogni rumore. Anche la sala colazione risulta fredda e poco confortevole al mattino.
Unica nota davvero positiva: lo staff, sempre gentile, sorridente e disponibile.
