Great stay.

We stayed for 2 nights, wish we stayed longer. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The host was lovely. We were central to everything we wanted to do. For cat lovers, there is a friendly cat who comes around and loves the attention.

A nightmare and a scam !

This is the worse place we have been to in more than 100 booking reservations. The owner is extremely rude and should not be allowed to be on booking.com. Let’s Hope this review helps people save money and their precious vacation Time

Sweet and comfortable

Very sweet place. Good parking, lovely seating, good air con, clean and spacious, good value for money. Had a coffee machine , bed was comfortable. Supermarket bottom of the hill. Takes under 10 minutes

Not enough cooking utensils. Impossible to get eggs out with only a spoon. Extractor fan wasn’t plumbed in. A bit of a walk up hill to the property. About a 20 minute walk to the beach but doable.

A lovely stay!

Affordable and sweet Greek people run this place. The outdoor shared area is beautiful and we felt very welcome. Good location and there is an affordable super market just down the road!

Nothing! Doing drink the water though, you need bottled water. There is also plenty of parking but you have to come through a narrow but manageable street!

Enjoyable, needs updating kitchen and bed linen

Location and view, size of the apartment and outside area, good parking , good lighting both during day and night.

Inadequate and dated kitchen facilities, lack of cupboard space. The bed sheets were ill fitted, the wrong size and bunched up , very uncomfortable! The room we had was noisy at night, the adjoining room had their kitchen next to our bed and noisy at night.

The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. It was clean and tidy and the owners were friendly, especially the wife. I had trouble catch a bus in to the town at night and she (wife) offered to drive me me part way which was very kind of her and made a big difference to my stay.

It was a bit of a way out of town (about 15-20 min) on the bus and they only came every 1-1.5 hours and were a bit unreliable, hence the trouble catching none in. The bus stops were not marked on the map and we’re not easily marked on the road either. The properly didn’t have wifi either which would have been incredibly stressful had I not had data.

Pleasant

The bed was actually super comfy and it was good to have a grocery store so close aswell as the beach and bus stop.

We weren’t warned about the water at the accommodation not being drinkable and no bottled water was provided either. The bathroom shower curtain also had mould all over it and the entire bathroom smelt like mould in the morning even though the door was open and fan was on.

Owner was lovely. Only a 10-15 min bus ride to Parikia. Lovely views of Parikia, the mountain & sea.

If you arrive before check in time, and want to leave your luggage to explore Paros before check in, be prepared to leave your luggage unsecured in the outside shared area bit.

We served our own breakfast. Thanks for the necessary dining utensils. The location was just perfect with view of the Paros Port and nature around.

Everything was almost perfect… just the towel hanger in the bathroom which needs a little fixing 😉.I like almost everything in our room

If you don't have a car, the location is not good.

If you don't have a car, the location is not good. There isn't anything closer by walking, no shops, beach etc. unless you drive. In addition, there aren't enough taxis available on the island. As a consequence, I couldn't eat or drink any water during my stay there. I was thirsty all day long and had to remain in the room!

The host could be more generous. She never asked us if we needed something, didn't offer us any information and was very rude. The host was charging me an extra fee and when I asked her about that fee, she couldn't explain it properly. When I asked her another time, she asked me if I spoke English. The detail is that I live in Ireland for more than 10 years, and my partner is a native speaker.

Ottimo ma con alcuni aspetti da sistemare

ASPETTI POSITIVI Prezzo: davvero ottimo. Pulizia: la signora delle pulizie passava ogni giorno e gli asciugamani venivano cambiati ogni due giorni. Proprietari: molto gentili e disponibili; ci hanno dato utili consigli e informazioni sul soggiorno. Vivono al piano superiore, quindi sono sempre reperibili in caso di necessità (ad esempio, quando si è rotto il phon, nel giro di poche ore ce ne hanno fornito uno nuovo). Location: i monolocali si trovano al piano terra, all’interno di una proprietà con un giardino ampio e ben curato, arricchito da alberi e da una piacevole vista. Nel giardino vivono anche due gatti randagi molto affettuosi e simpatici, di cui speriamo i proprietari continuino a prendersi cura. È possibile mangiare all’aperto, godendo di un bel panorama e di un’alba davvero gradevole. Temperatura: è presente l’aria condizionata, ma non ne abbiamo avuto bisogno perché l’ambiente era naturalmente confortevole.

ASPETTI NEGATIVI Posizione: per raggiungere l’alloggio è necessario affrontare una salita molto ripida e stretta; di sera non è l’ideale nè a piedi nè con un mezzo, perché poco illuminata e con poca visibilità Fermata bus: sebbene sia relativamente vicina, occorre camminare 5-8 minuti lungo una strada trafficata e pericolosa, quindi bisogna prestare sempre attenzione e soprattutto di sera. Stendino: in condizioni pessime. Sarebbe opportuno sostituirlo: è arrugginito, poco stabile e spesso gli indumenti finivano a terra. Uno stendino nuovo, economico ma funzionale, è indispensabile in una vacanza al mare per stendere i vestiti la sera e ritrovarli asciutti la mattina. Cucina: molto piccola e scarsamente attrezzata. Mancano spazi adeguati per riporre la spesa (abbiamo dovuto utilizzare una sedia) e non sono presenti i generi di prima necessità come sale, olio, pepe, carta da cucina o una moka. Bagno: di dimensioni adeguate, ma con alcuni inconvenienti: la tenda di plastica della doccia è scomoda, la doccia non ha un supporto per il soffione e lo scarico del water talvolta funziona male.
