- schnelles einchecken und vorab check-in möglich
- super freundliches, zuvorkommendes Personal
- Zimmer sauber
- Bett bequem
- Wasserdruck der Duschbrause gut
- das Leselicht über dem Bett war defekt
- es gab nach 21:00 Uhr keinen zugänglichen Snack/Getränkeautomaten. Hotelbar hat sehr früh geschlossen!
- bei Checkout war kein Personal zu finden. Auch nach mehrminütiger Wartezeit an der Rezeption kam keiner, was einen offenen Posten in meiner Rechnung, der mir nicht aufgefallen ist, erst nach 3 Wochen zu einer Mahnung kommen ließ.
