Service level of the staffs are good. Happy with cleanliness and overall quality of the facility.

1. The location is remote yet safe and beautiful.
2. Its blended with the nature, surrounded by greenary, peacocks and fresh air.
3. The staff are really friendly and very helpful and even arranged additional requests.
4. The stay was super peaceful.
5. The coffee shop, the fish feeding and the krishna temple are a nice addition at the property.
6. Breakfast buffet was good.
1. The food except breakfast buffet is not great, the standard was mediocre.
2. Bathrooms have open showers and this causes lot of insects, lizards and frogs to come in.
3. The spa was not the greatest, 5000 for a 45 min average massage wasnt the greatest experience

The peace - the location of our room on the edge of the resort away from main thoroughfares and therefore more privacy when on terrace
There was nothing we disliked about the property the reason for our rating (which would otherwise be an 8) is that neither of the cars arranged for us by the hotel firstly to visit a temple and secondly to return to the airport had functioning seat belts and this after we complained about the first car and were assured that the second car would be safe and have functioning seat belts.
