Адміністратор максимально ввічлива і адекватна людина, виходив на зв'язок, обговорив всі моменти, пояснив нюанси розташування і надав всю необхідну інформацію для комфортного проживання. Готель тихий, чистий, зручний і практичний. Загалом лишився задоволеним, ще й адміністратор обрадував що по УБД є знижки для постійних клієнтів

Готель розташований неподалік від залізничного вокзалу. Мабуть на цьому його переваги завершуються.
Перелічені послуги просто були відсутні або не працювали: не працював холодильник, кондиціонер. Щодо оплати , то було вказано, що приймаються карти, але по факту оплату бажали отримати готівкою і це було проблематично оскільки довелося віддати усю готівку. На ліжку був досить старий пружинний матрас і усі пружини дуже добре відчувалися на тілі, приємного сну , малята!
