Amazing place for every season of the year

Apartment location is amazing with a beautiful view at the lake. Everything is maintained well and very clean so it feels new and looks better than on pictures. There is sauna and jacuzzi to use and heaters for ski boots. The host was very kind and helpful. We would like to return to check it out during summer time.

Gorgeous view from a super cute apartment with excellent service!

Gorgeous view at the lake and a super friendly and helpful host! Floor heating with a thermostat is amazing. There's also a jacuzzi and a sauna to use freely, right next to the lake. There's cute ducks and even swans at the lake to keep you company as well! You can also order a "Brötchenservice" where the owner delivers freshly baked buns in the morning to your doorstep. The Bad Kleinkirchheim ski resort is 15 minutes away by car, there's also buses going. Overall an amazing stay!

Amazing View and Fantastic Host

I liked everything! The apartment is cozy and comfortable. The view is amazing and the facilities (sauna and jacuzzi) were also great. Our host Melanie was a fantastic host and she helped us a lot with anything we needed - including helping us find a doctor and good ski resorts.

the location right at the lake is amazing - you get to watch it every morning and evening and believe me: it has something to offer. and the host Melanie is a sweetheart.

Beautiful, cosy apartment with magnificent view to the lake. Not far from Bad Kleinkircheim skiing area. Everything was very clean and the host was more than welcome

Gorgeous value for money

The view from the balcony made us forget about everything. The lake is marvelous, and the weather in February 2020 was so warm that we enjoyed sunbathing. The apartment is well equipped, very modern, especially the kitchen.

Better be prepared

The view from the balcony is exceptional. The apartment is clean, comfortable and fully equipped just like home. It's located in a quiet area. Ski storage with ski boot heater is also great.

The main selling point the jacuzzi was broken.

Csodaszép, kényelmes szállás, tökéletes volt minden!

A szállás minden tekintetben szuper, gyönyörű, tóra nyíló kilátással rendelkezik, a szobák modernek és kényelmesek, a konyha és a fürdőszoba tökéletesen felszerelt. A kertben jakuzzi és egy fantasztikus panorámás szauna van, amely késő estig működik. Ezen kívül még egy külső, fűtött épület is rendelkezésre áll, amelybe a sífelszerelést lehet tárolni. Bad Kleinkirchen kb. 15 percre van, így hamar oda lehet érni a sípályára. A szállásadó nagyon készséges és kedves.

Herrlicher Ort - Unbedingte Empfehlung!

Es hat uns super gut gefallen. Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen und haben gleich sehr viele tolle Tipps für Ausflüge, Restaurants etc. erhalten. Die Wohnung war perfekt für uns. Alles da, super sauber, herrlicher Blick auf den See. Der Garten mit Steg in den See - richtig schön zum Baden und entspannen für die ganze Familie. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder - dann länger als 2 Nächte!

Ein Ort zum Ankommen, Durchatmen und Wiederkommen

Unser Aufenthalt im Seefels Apartment war ein unvergessliches Erlebnis – mit Abstand der schönste von all unseren bisherigen Reisen. Schon beim Ankommen spürten wir die besondere Atmosphäre dieses Ortes: klassisch, modern und gleichzeitig zeitlos gestaltet, strahlt das Apartment eine wohltuende Ruhe aus, die uns sofort ein Gefühl von Zuhause schenkte. Als naturverbundene Familie schätzen wir Orte, die nicht nur ästhetisch, sondern auch energetisch berühren – und genau das haben wir hier gefunden. Besonders beeindruckt hat uns die Sauna, die über einer natürlichen Quelle liegt. Dieses Detail verleiht dem Garten eine magische Ausstrahlung und machte unsere Auszeiten dort zu einem echten Kraftmoment. Nach dem Aufenthalt fühlten wir uns aufgeladen, geerdet und zutiefst erholt. Unsere Kinder waren ebenso begeistert – sie haben gespielt, entdeckt und schließlich einstimmig beschlossen: „Hierher wollen wir zu jeder Jahreszeit zurückkommen!“ Ihre Freude und Begeisterung waren für uns das schönste Zeichen dafür, dass dieser Ort nicht nur für Erwachsene, sondern auch für kleine Seelen ein Paradies ist. Ein großes Dankeschön gilt der Gastgeberin – ein Herz von einer Seele, die mit ihrer warmen Art und liebevollen Präsenz diesen Ort zu etwas ganz Besonderem macht. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt (das erste mal) sogar spontan verlängert – und freuen uns schon jetzt auf das nächste Mal.

Wspaniałe miejsce na wypoczynek

Przepiękny widok, wszystko co potrzeba w zasięgu ręki, stoki narciarskie 15-30 min samochodem. Warto ogólnie przyjechać samochodem, chociażby ze względu na sklep odległy od apartamentu ok. 2 km

dosyć stromy podjazd. Akurat nie mieliśmy śniegu, ale nie wiem jak by to wyglądało przy opadach.
