We loved the location, it was quiet and super handy to the cbd,
The staff were exceptional, very very friendly and helpful.
Immaculately kept gardens and amenities.
The wildlife was an added bonus ๐๐๐
Maybe the beds were a little hard ,
But us old girls have mattress toppers at home, we got through it and still appreciated the warm clean beds.

Very quiet double brick units. Secluded parking. Staff happy to offer travel advice. They also offered temporary secure undercover parking area for some equipment that I needed to be picked up by a courier. Nice view over the CBD of the bay. Good after hours check in procedures.
Really simple things that were missed:
1) The blinds in our bedroom & kids bedroom didn't close properly / many curtain hooks were unhinged. Because they had a lot of security lights at night we struggled to sleep. If kids don't sleep well, parents don't sleep well; it affects everything.
2) The indoor pool was 27 degrees. Although this might be ok for avid lap swimmers, it's far far too cold for kids to enjoy. Because I was travelling for work we were looking for a place that could entertain our kids while I was away. Unfortunately it was too cold for them to enjoy - this was a *major* disappointment. Most indoor resort pools are at least 29 degrees.
3) The games room had been newly painted. However all of the internal doors in the games area, reception area & pool area were closed, so there was no ventilation to reduce the very strong paint smell; we couldn't use the games room.
4) The washing facilities were expensive / annoying. Only coin operated machines; I think one wash and one dry cost $10.
5) Would be nice if a few simple condiments were changed, eg. maybe add some green tea bags instead of only black tea & instant coffee.
