A dedicated parking space and a walkable location make exploring Kona easy—stroll across the street to the Alii Market, or wander along scenic Ali‘i Drive to discover local shops, historic landmarks, and oceanfront dining.

Attentive Host not only to equipping the Condo but to our emails and requests. Mornings on the lanai watching the surf and surfers was the highlight.

The suite is dated. AC only in bedroom. Description is misleading. Great view. Great location. Just really, really, really expensive. Also, I know how much Americans hate Canadians, so I didn’t feel safe on several occasions. Will probably never go back to Hawaii or America for that matter.

Upon entering the unit for the first time we were overcome with a smell which was a combination of sewage and perfume. That evening we went to turn on the A/C (only small unit above the bed) and it did not work. Pulled the plug and saw it and the outlet were burnt from arcing. (Come to find out later there is a switch for the A/C by the door).Also found the plug by the sink in the master was broken (pulled off the gang adaptor which fell apart and started working) and plug by kitchen sink nor working. Also did not have anything to wash dishes *no sponge or rag and no dishwasher detergent. Reported issues and bought plugin air fresheners for the sewage smell. Within a couple days we were notified a handyman would come out. Long and short of it2 days before end got diswashing pods, day before we left the toilet was reset taking care of the smell, electrical was never addressed.
