Przepiękny widok na góry i świetna lokalizacja, blisko szlaków spacerowych. Bardzo podobał nam się górski klimat hotelu, obecny zarówno w wystroju lobby, jak i pokoi. Obiekt ma wyrazisty, autentyczny charakter i dobrze wpisuje się w swoje otoczenie. Od razu wiadomo i czuć, gdzie się jest.
Trudno się do czegokolwiek przyczepić. Wszystko było w porządku!

Sehr schönes Hotel in Murau. Das Hotel bietet einen Teich an, wo man fein Baden kann. Das Frühstück ist sehr fein und beinhaltet alles, was man braucht. Das Hotel hat genug Parkplätze. Die Zimmer sind komfortabel und wir haben sehr gut geschlafen.
Fällt mir derzeit nichts ein.

The hotel combines old and new very well, the Spa and the Restaurant were also great

The back of the property with the nature pool is very beautiful and relaxing, I would emphasise the back of the property is very modern but the main property is quite dated
Particularly rude older gentleman working at the hotel was very dismissive, even straight up ignoring us at some points, extremely unprofessional. We were act ping couple travelling with our baby and were quite shocked by this.
The spa didn’t open until 14.00
We booked the property planning to use it so this was a shame as we had to leave before then
In addition I had a quick look in the spa and it looked quite dated.
Breakfast was also not on par with other hotels in Austria
Bread was mouldy
