The rooms and grounds were very beautiful. We were upgraded (many thanks!) to have 2 upstairs ones to ensure family members could be together, and the rooms were lovely. The traditional shaped huge square bath was a plus. The reception plays gentle jazz music which was so pleasant. We loved staying here.
While we loved the conservatory for breakfast overlooking the greenery, it was quite small and quickly got too full on a busy day (a bank holiday, to be fair). It would have been nice to have a choice of food too, but it wasn’t a big deal.

We were pleasantly surprised by the environment, the farm and facilities at the villa. It's a truly beautiful and relaxing facility with friendly staff, comfortable room (with a gigantic tub), fun activities for kids (such as feeding the goats), and complimentary afternoon tea. We could have easily stayed at the property for a much longer time and still enjoy ourselves.

Spacious, green and clean room.
Some staff listen to your complaints while others try to reason out for not being able to rectify your complaints or being flexible with your request. Breakfast is the same everyday, tried asking for other choices and was entertained half heartedly.
A few coffee machines are displayed at breakfast table, but not operable as coffee pods or capsules are not available. It’s the same issue at their common room.
