We stayed one night at Despina on our way from Athens to Amorgos. It’s a great little place, reasonably priced, friendly and very clean. The seven year old granddaughter, also named Despina checked our name and showed us to our room like a pro! It’s a 5 minute walk to Paradiso restaurant on the beach, which is an absolute must visit!

The authentic design and the garden specifically
Wifi was a problem and only worked in specific areas of the garden but very rarely inside of the apartment

The hotel is located next to the beach and many facilities (mini markets, cafes, etc)
The room has a small kitchen facility but everything was very old and rusty. We also unfortunately found ants all over our room. No soap/ shower gel provided or drinking water
