Perfectly suited our needs being so close to Rovinj centre (10-15 mins walk), and provided a sanctuary away from the bus

Pool and garden were like an oasis to relax and enjoy the sun, with gentle hum of the town in the background, far enough away not to be annoying.

Soundproofing between flats was bearable as we had good neighbours and rental was out of season when it was quiet. Sports grounds ~200 metres away were being developed with percussion breakers/diggers several hours of the day, apart from this, background sound was OK.

Very pleasant and quiet stay.

Very nice apartment, large enough terrace and three separate bedrooms (one transformed from separated living room but offering privacy as well.

Both showers had a shower head which didnt work well, which made showering not so enjoyable. But plenty of hot water. The TV did not work despite following the instructions.

Relaxing stay

The apartment was comfortable and well located for short 15 minute walk to the harbour with bars and restaurants. The garden and pool were lovely and gave a option to relax and enjoy the facilities.

Very good

Good value, comfortable accommodation in a good location about 15 minutes walk to the centre of Rovinj. The pool and garden area is lovely, and when we were there it was quiet with enough sun loungers for those who wanted to use it. The bed was comfortable the the apartment had almost everything in it which we needed.

Communication prior to check in and check out could have been a bit better. Booking.com sent multiple messages about contacting the host which I did however response time was a little slow. On checking in we weren't told where to find cushions for the sunlpugners, nor about check out procedure. WiFi was also pretty patchy in our room and would often not connect. It would be great if things like toilet roll, cling film, foil and salt and pepper could be left in the apartment. We had to buy these things for our short stay and with the smallest pack of toilet roll being 8 rolls, I'm sure we weren't the only guests who end up leaving things like that behind, however only 2 toilet rolls were left for us.

Superb

Excellent location and very quiet, with a lovely big secluded garden. 10 minute stroll to the old town. Pool is a good size and it was nice to have reclining sun beds in different parts of the garden, so we could choose the best place to relax. We used the BBQ one evening which is set in a lovely spot next to a gazebo with seating and a table.

Not much! No oven, but we mostly ate out so it wasn’t a bother for us. No washing machine, which was fine as we were only there for a few days. Would highly recommend for a short trip, and would book again if we are lucky enough to go back some time!

Gorgeous garden, amazing location, comfortable apartment

The garden is beautiful, like an oasis, there is a pool (not open while we were there as it was still too cold) and a bbq which we enjoyed, and nice lounging areas. The view from the apartment (we had a 2 bedroom apartment) was of the garden and very lovely. We enjoyed using the main balcony for every breakfast. It has an awning, which was also very helpful when it was very sunny. The balconies were spacious (each room has a balcony!). The location was perfect, walking distance to the centre and the beach. Bakeries and grocery stores are also close by. Parking was easy, right in front of the building. The kitchen is well-equipped. The couch was comfortable. Having 2 bathrooms was a bonus, the shower in the main bathroom is very spacious and very nice. There were enough closets for storage. The decor of the apartment is cheerful and charming with nice art on the walls of every room, making it feel like a home away from home. Our kids (13 and 10) really enjoyed it. It was perfect for our dog, too (whippet). There is a very convenient large field right across from the building where you can take your four-legged friends for a walk. Rovinj is magical. Perfect for just about any activity and beautiful to visit at any time of year. There are also many friendly beaches.

When we arrived, the bathroom's (full) garbage hadn't been emptied and there was hardly any toilet paper. The hosts brought us tp only after 2 hours, not ideal after a very long drive and a family of 4. It was also quite dusty in several spots throughout the apartment. However, when we requested assistance with some additional tv channels, the response was much faster and they were very helpful with this and other things. The mattresses were not great, though the toppers helped. The wooden balcony furniture should be replaced as the table was very loose and almost every chair as well. The main bathroom's hairdryer was making strange sounds but worked. We avoided using it after the first time, though. Unfortunately, the smaller bathroom had a bad smell, but after running cold water a few times in the sink and the shower, and keeping the bathroom door closed with the window open, it was not as noticeable.

- Schimmel an der Decke einer Dusche (wurde nach Beschwerde umgehend beseitigt) - Bäder mäßig gut belüftbar - Poolbereich: Rauchen erlaubt, auch nach Beschwerde, obwohl hier ein rauchfreies Grundstück beworben wurde; viele Mücken - Sehr hellhöriges Haus: rennende Nachbarn um 6.40 Uhr am ersten Tag (nach Beschwerde besser), Nachbars Wecker 5:00 Uhr am letzen Tag, schnarchende Nachbarn, rückende Stühle/Tische, Nachbars WC-Spülung gut hörbar

Mirno, ugodno i opuštajuće mjesto za boravak u predivnom Rovinju, idealno za parove i obitelji.

Apartman je bio izuzetno čist, ugodno uređen i smješten u mirnom dijelu Rovinja. Lokacija je odlična – blizu centra i plaže. Domaćini su bili vrlo ljubazni i dostupni za sve informacije. Uživali smo u prekrasno uređenom dvorištu i bazenu.

Bahçesi çok güzel, havuz kenarı çok keyifli, iki banyo olması çok iyi, yatak odası geniş, terası keyifli ve fiyat kalite oranı çok iyi otopark sorunu yok.
