Villa Avra

Very Clean, spacious apartment with 2 rooms and a nice terrace, perfect for us 2+2 kids. The owners were amazing, available at any time for anything we neeeded. There is also a bar and a kiosk within the building, which we found very useful. The Acheron river is just a minute-walk from the villa, the beach is 3-4min walk, perfect place especially for families with little kids. 10/10 would recommend villa Avra and Ammoudia! I’d love to come again!

Acceptable quality, clean facilities

The staff should work about trust issues to their clients. We went out and locked the door, when we return the door was only closed, sign that someone open the room and if it happen once I could think it’s my mistake , but it happens twice. It is not ok, if you check something do it way that is not visible…..

Bolo ozaj čisto, a domáci veľmi milí a nápomocný. Maju tam aj bar, kde sa da zájsť aj neskôr v noci na drink alebo čapovaný Mythos (aj suveníry) 30m skvelá pekarnička, hned vedla super gyros, a 2 min. pešo supermarket .

Kuchyňa slabo vybavená… chcelo by to rychlovarnu kanvicu, zo dva hrnce a príbory navyše( mali sme 1 nožík)

Location is fine, excluding the cafe in front of window/door. There was cleaning per 3 days.

We went for relaxing holiday, but there were 2 issues that affected it: - The beds are hard. - The noise from the owner cafe during the evening/night. First time, I've after 22 I've asked and they turn down the TV. The second day they announced that in Greece the noise can be till 23 and I can close the door and start the air-condition. Yes I have done it. The noise with closed door was fine, but we cannot sleep with air-condition. Just the last night there was no noise from TV. So if go sleeping late or you can sleep with the noise, it could be OK for you.
