The room was very spacious—much larger than we expected—and had a huge balcony overlooking the sports complex. The accommodation offered excellent value for money and was considerably cheaper than most other options in Parga. The location was also very convenient. Our favourite beach, Krioneri Beach, was only about 350 metres away, while the centre of Parga was approximately one kilometre from the property. Although we did not meet the owners in person, the necessary arrangements were handled quickly through two text messages. The cleaning lady came every day, and the towels and bed linen were changed every three days.

Finding the accommodation was confusing. We received a GPS location, but there was no visible sign for Kardanis House. After asking people nearby, we discovered that the accommodation was located within Pavlos. We eventually found a room with the keys left in the door, but we could only hope that it was the correct room. Clearer check-in instructions and proper signage would make arrival much easier. Wi-Fi was advertised, but the Pavlos Wi-Fi network did not work. Another guest confirmed that this was an ongoing problem, so we had to obtain access to Wi-Fi from another nearby property. If Wi-Fi is included in the listing, it should be reliable—although the issue might be as simple as resetting or replacing the router. The bathroom had a shower but no shower enclosure or curtain, so water spread across the entire bathroom floor. There was also no soap dish or showerhead holder. These are inexpensive improvements that would make the bathroom much more practical. The mosquito net also needed repairing. In addition, the coffee pot was coated with a strange substance and gave the coffee an unusual taste, so we stopped using it.

Given the price, it was one of the nicest apartments in Parga. The hosts were welcoming and there was a cleaning service every day. The place was spacious and located 10 min walking distance from the city beach.

The name listed is not the actual name of the villa which made it hard to find when we arrived. The shower didn't have a curtain or any other cover which resulted in a very messy and wet bathroom after each shower.
