Дуже привітний персонал готелю та СПА
Обслуговування у ресторані. Персонал, помітно, дуже юний. Вечерю, яку замовили завчасно за 2 години, подали зі запізненням на 1,5 години.(троє дітей були після басейну дуже голодними). Ніяких вибачень, бонусів, компліментів, знижок для залагодження ситуації не запропонували
