Великий, просторий, чистий номер, привітний персонал на рецепції
Диспенсер для гелю у душовій був пустий Не працювали усі сауни з 10 ранку, також джакузі було зачинено на фільтрацію. Вода у басейні доволі прохолодна, на табло висвічувалось 30 градусів, це явно не відповідало дійсності.

Розташування в центрі біля парку, наявність басейну.
Недоброзичливість персоналу, особливо в ресторані та в спа-центрі. В номері кондиціонер протікав на шпалери і штори. Обмеження по часу роботи басейна недопустимі в курортному містечку, ще й незадовільно поінформованість, щодо режиму роботи саун, санітарних годин, тощо. Одноманітна їжа в ресторані з невеликим вибором, схожим на санаторне харчування. В номері не було електрочайника, що був заявлений, після зауваження принесли з поламаною кришкою. В коридорах неприємний вологий запах із спа-центру.
