Personalul harnic, amabil, bine pregătit și condus profesionist, mâncarea gătită cu gust și diversitatea meniului, curățenia, aranjamentul grădinii, piscina elegantă și curată, rezolvarea rapidă a cerințelor suplimentare ex. comanda unui taxi, accesul direct din hotel la baza de tratament profesionist, farmacia din hotel. Am văzut răsăritul, apusul soarelui și răsăritul lunii din camera mea iar marea este la câțiva pași, mereu prezentă.
Plaja din apropierea hotelului deși este denumită Paradiso, se află in administrarea Apelor Române și nu este întreținută de nimeni: lipsesc coșurile de gunoi, nu este curățată și nivelată seara - doar la intervenția directorului hotelului s-a efectuat într-o seară o curățenie din partea Primăriei- nu este dotată cu umbrele și șezlonguri, nu este salvamar permanent. Clienții hotelului sunt nevoiți să o utilizeze ca pe o plajă sălbatică.
