Excellent apartment, basically on the slope, with windows facing south

Perfect for ski holiday

The apartment is perfect for ski holiday. I was here second time. Since my last stay it was completely refurbished. It is spotless clean, modern and well equipped. The location couldn’t be better. You have ski lift next to the building and you can ski straight to the ski room! In the same building you have nice Italian supermarket and ski school. You don’t need to use your car at all during your holiday.

Excellent location

The apartment is really spacious, and right in front of the ski lift. We had our own ski storage at the ground floor. It is equipped with everything you need for the stay. The shop is near the elevator so you can buy the essentials there. Victoria, our host explained everything we need to know. I fully recommend to stay here.

Nice place for summer holiday

Very nice apartment, directly at the chairlift. From This place we did trips to all sites, what we wanted to see. Very kind hauswife. She waited to our arival and during our stay, she was in touch via phone (whatsapp) or personaly in the afternoon. The room was big and clean

Exceptional

The apartments are tastefully furnished. There was a well-equipped kitchen, coffee maker nesspreso, towels were available. The location of the apartments is absolutely amazing. With small children we stayed on the ground floor (on the side to the ski slope), so our children had unlimited access to the playground directly across the terrace. Thank you again for this :) We received a +Card with our stay.

Location.

That was our second stay at Solle Homes. We came on Saturady, we checked-in. I park my car as 3 years ago in front of hotel. While checking-in I asked recepctionist if it is ok. She confirmed. Everything was great till Monday morning when me and my children were woke up by screaming woman accusing us that we took her parking place. She claimed to be owner. I have never met such owner all around the world. Never again.

we had a week of sun and excellent skiing!

The apartment is at excellent location- hardly anything better: you step out on the slope itself and need a minute to ski to the lift. Sunny balcony was nice to relax after skiing. Ski room is handy and provides enough room for all of the equipment.

Since the apartment is offered for 2-4 people, one would wish for more kitchen equipment: for the few days we were four it was difficult to cook for four in rather small pots available- for two people ok, but not for four. The bedroom has no window, which may bother people who like fresh air during the night: we end sleeping on the couch in the living room, so that we could open the window.

The perfect appartment for winter holidays

Perfect location for skiing. Large, comfortable and clean appartment with outstanding view . Pet allowed. Food shop, ski rental in house. Private parking lot in front of the accomodation.

Microwave owen was the only thing we missed.

Perfect location for MTB or hiking

Location, separate bathroom and toilet, baking oven, separate room with bunk beds that we used for storage, enough space to even do yoga:-). Loved the night tables made of wood- all interior looked new and was very clean. Had a bit of rustic style with wooden doors and bed. It was bright and had many lights and enough sockets everywhere. It was on ground floor, so perfect for bicycles.

Maybe a small table could be added at the wooden patio outside the apartment.

Best in Nassfeld

We had excellent bike vacation in Nassfeld thanks to Solle Homes. Location is the best possible in the area, apartment was very nice, newly renovated, clean and homey, with everything you could possibly need. Pumptrack and lift station right in front of the apparment, bike room for our bikes and grocery store in the building. Really nice bike trails for everyone with extremely scenic background. I highly recommend for summer vacation, the weather is just right, it really is usually sunny here, but not too hot up in Nassfeld. Can’t wait to come back also in winter, slopes look amazing, very varied to keep you interested for longer.

Location is perfect, next to the cable car station. A small supermarket is right in the building. The room was perfectly equipped, clean, warm and with views of the ski slopes. Staff was very helpful and friendly. We recommend this accommodation and will be back soon :-)

Ideaal plekje voor een perfecte vakantie

Mooi groot,schoon appartement ,zeer vriendelijke Beheerders van Solle Home .We kwamen vroeg aan naar konden direct in het appartement .Het appartement werd halverwege de week ook nog schoongemaakt,en we kregen nieuwe handdoeken Direct aan de piste ,genoeg sneeuw en veel zon wat kun je nog meer eisen.

Alles was perfect, alleen wij misten een stofzuiger om elke dag even de vloerbedekking te vegen.

Minden tökéletes volt. Az apartmanból konkrétan rálátni a sípályára és a síliftre, ami 2 lépésre van a háztól. Azt hiszem ennél közelebb nem lehet lakni :) A sícipő tároló a sífelvonóval egy szinten van, nem kell lépcsőzni a felszereléssel. Kis bolt a ház aljában. Jól felszerelt, szép, tiszta apartman. Nagyon kedves személyzet.

Traumhafter Ski Urlaub direkt im Ski-Gebiet.

Das Quartier war direkt neben einer Liftanlage. Daher brauchten wir für den Aufenthalt kein Auto mehr. Im Haus gibt es einen kleinen Supermarkt bei den man Ware für den täglichen Gebrauch kaufen kann. Das Apartment entsprach exakt den Fotos und es war alles sehr, sehr sauber. Kann wirklich nichts aussetzen.

Onduidelijk waar we moesten inchecken,bleek via het personeel van het winkeltje te gaan. Het is duidelijk een wintersportgebied, in de zomer is er veel dicht.
