The "Nassfeld Pass Italy View" apartment is located in the Sonnenalpe Nassfeld Resort (at Passo Pramollo, just 100 meters from the Italian border) and offers a 43 m² ground-floor apartment for up to 4 guests. It features 1 bedroom, a combined living/kitchen/dining area, and 1 bathroom. Amenities include free high-speed fiber optic Wi-Fi, a TV, and an elevator. You have direct ski-in/ski-out access to the slopes, with a direct descent from the basement to the Matritschen chairlift. A ski room with a lockable locker and heated ski boot rack allows you to return straight from the slopes to the building. In summer, bicycle and mountain bike rentals are available on site.



Outside, your private balcony offers a side view of the ski slope and a direct view toward Italy. Bicycles can be stored on the balcony or in the underground garage.



A reserved underground parking space is provided for the apartment; parking in front of the building or on other numbered garage spaces is not permitted. General parking spaces are available at the resort entrance. Pets are not allowed. Events are not permitted on the property.



A tractor shuttle connects the entire alpine and ski area, with a stop right in front of the building, operating in both summer and winter. Restaurants, bars, and après-ski venues are within a 5–10 minute walk. A swing attraction and a show dairy are nearby. Day passes for the wellness area of a nearby hotel are available for an extra fee.
