Good communication, rooms are nice, but it would be nice to have more choices for breakfast then egg+sandwich.

We absolutely loved this finca! It has such a nice flair, with the big palm in the middle, the lemon trees, the 2 swimming pool and the delicious breakfast. Marga was amazing, thank you for everything! ❤️

The property itself is really beautiful and the location is nice.

Unfortunately, there was a lot of miscommunication. We were three families and one other person, and after asking twice whether we had the villa all to ourselves because that’s what we thought. We received a reply saying all of our rooms had breakfast included. Booking.com made it out as if we had the whole place to ours. And that wasn’t the case.. when we arrived, we didn’t have access to the kitchen although the lady kindly gave us a barbecue. But also, we only had one room that included Breakfast. Booking.com doesn’t explain that there will be extra charges. And we were charged extra for using the sofa bed that was in the room anyway and extra for a cot. There is extra charges in Majorca for tourist tax. I think charging extra for beds that are already in the room is ridiculous. And definitely should be told they are extra beforehand. The pictures of the place make it seem like you can visit the animals but you can’t. The lady said it was a hotel, but I didn’t really have a hotel feeling. But also it isn’t a villa and you can’t really relax in the communal spaces. I honestly don’t think it was the owners fault but it there was a lot of confusion with messages and charges. And the last full day I felt hassled for money, someone even came to my friend and asked for money. I think unfortunately for the cost and if there is a group of you, you’ll be best to book a villa.
