Surprisingly quiet with the amount of people staying and the staff was beyond helpful and friendly
The showers can flood the floors a little but other than that it was perfectly fine

The accommodation was nice and comfortable. I liked the location as it was a quiet neighborhood and not so crowded. The toilet was renovated. Cleaning is very often, if you need it.
The heating was not very good, since during the night it could become quite chilly. A small wardrobe would also be nice. Also the shower was a bit uncomfortable and the water easily spread across the whole bathroom.

The apartment was nice overall and the pool area was really lovely. The cleaners came frequently so the apartment was kept clean throughout our stay. When we had issues with the fridge, the hotel also kindly offered us a free meal as compensation, which we really appreciated.
Unfortunately, the fridge didn’t work for the majority of our stay, which was quite inconvenient. The cleaners would also sometimes barge into the apartment while we were still inside without giving us much chance to answer the door. Most concerningly, one day after cleaning they left our apartment door completely wide open while we were out, meaning all of our belongings were left unsecured for the day.
