Staff, kind and helpful spoke different languages which was good.
location, all excellent, could not ask for better.
Ground floor room easy access and nice court yard
Room had glass wall that was good during day, but at night when altermatic lights came on was very bright disturbing sleep, Maybe a roller blind might be installed,
Not hostals fault, but room had lift noise, plus other guests not so considerate with door slamming and loud talking.

The location was ok. Thay had a fade free of charge. And beds and room cleaned daily. And had reception 24 hours so felt safe there. Staff frendly also.
The bathroom had a realy bad sewidge smell in room 104.so if I used this hostel again I would not use that room. Not shure if smell was coming up from the drains or through the exstra ta on the wall. But spoil my holiday to be honest other wise all ok.
