Fantastic location, worth paying the extra for the balcony and view. All the action is literally on your doorstep - ferry tickets and landing stage 50 yards away / loads of bars and restaurants.
Big room, loads of storage, free WiFi and just a few hundred yards to the train station.
Shower was very small.
Bread rolls at breakfast were stale

Incredible location right on Lago D'Iseo, right in the heart of everything. Great views from the room. Staff were wonderful. Reasonably priced. Highly Recommended.
This is more information rather than a gripe. Getting in and out of the restricted area that the hotel is in can be a little confusing. It's an old building so the lift is miniscule and there are unavoidable steps.

Breakfast was nothing special. The supplies - the extremely small bar of soap, plastic cup for the bathroom, were typical of a much lower quality hotel.
