Nuestra estancia en el Els Romers Hotel fue simplemente maravillosa. Desde el primer momento nos sentimos como en casa gracias al ambiente tan familiar, acogedor y tranquilo que ofrecen. Los propietarios son personas increíbles, siempre atentos, amables y dispuestos a ayudar en todo momento. Nos dieron muchísimas recomendaciones útiles sobre la zona, lugares para visitar, restaurantes y actividades, además de un soporte constante que hizo que nuestro viaje fuera mucho más cómodo y relajado. El hotel transmite paz, cercanía y un trato humano que hoy en día es difícil de encontrar. Sin duda, es un lugar perfecto para descansar y disfrutar de Benicarló con total tranquilidad. Nos llevamos una experiencia preciosa y esperamos volver muy pronto. ¡Totalmente recomendable!

In a quiet street set back from the traffic. There is a bank of available washing machines at no extra charge.

Despite the listing stating that this is beachside it most certainly is not. A busy road and other houses between it and the sea mean that the beach is at least 150 metres away and not visible from any part of the property. Check in was not good, despite have confirmation from the property that we could check in at reception at 16.00 there was no-one there when we arrived. Other guests told us that we would have to make a phone call and someone would eventually arrive to let us in when it suited them. The steps to the upper apartments are VERY steep and with no hand rail are potentially very dangerous. The kitchen was poorly equipped, no kettle or coffee machine. We could hear virtually everything going on in the adjoining apartment.
