Pension Margretenhof

Cute farm place right outside of Fulpmes, we walked from the bus and the small train station. Direct scenic tram from Innsbruck or a quicker bus ride. Bout it’s actually more close to Medraz Dorf. They have beautiful horses outside. Amazing nature surroundings where you can walk or bicycle. We went to the Schlick 2000 with our baby in a back carrier. We also went to Kampl via the beautiful walkway. My boyfriend ran in the forest and along the mountain side. What a beautiful valley! The apartment is really clean with really good and newly updated facilities such as a kitchen and a really nice bathroom with shower! The owners were very helpful and supportive via messages even though they had a busy time on the farm and with private matters. We never paid for breakfast or used their bread service but they offer this!

We never got to meet the owners (but that was probably due to private matters) We never really met the animals at the farm either, I had hoped that our son could get to say hi to one of the mini pony’s or the horses, or that they perhaps had other animals, but it’s a regular farm and they of course have farm stuff to do, so that’s more my fault for having the wrong expectations :)

The place is located just between two villages, so you easily can reach either of them. It’s around 20-25 min to the glacier. Rooms are nice, clean and well equipped. Beds are comfortable. The owner is kind and friendly, always ready to help. Wonderful view from the windows!

The only thing one should consider that this is a farm, there are a lot of horses, so particular aromas are there. Some may consider this as a disadvantage.

Missing saucers and small cups.

The location was perfect for reaching the bus stop and the Fulpmes centre by just a short walk. Our room had an excellent view and was very comfortable.
